Bank Reconciliations

Since my upgrade last week, my bank accounts are un reconiled back to 2018. I fully reconciled my accounts until 30/6/2022.

 

This is absurd at best.

 

Is there anyway i can fix this without having to redo every reconciliation for the 4 years?

Hi @NWLTS 

 

Thanks for reaching out. Is it possible that the previous bank reconciliations were saved, but not completed, in the old software before the upgrade? Bank reconciliation in the upgraded version will be based on the last completed reconciliation as only completed bank recs are migrated during the upgrade.

my bank records were saved and completed until end of June 2022. 

The transactions are from 2018. 

l do have a case number, so will follow up on Monday or Tuesday

I am still waiting for someone from MYOB to contact me re Bank Reconciliations.

 

I have had to go back to 2017 and fingers crossed found the first account out of balance.

 

How do i fix these easily without having to undo years to reconciled accounts?

I can see that the phone support team has since been in touch and the out of balance was likely caused due to having the opening balance changed.
