MYOB Essential - Read Only - technician not helping

Can someone please help me, I have been trying to sort this out from last week, I started with online chat and was advised by customer service that my MYOB account is Read Only because there were some invoices unpaid (Feb, Jun & July), I paid immediately via the link that customer service sent to me, but now almost a week, my MYOB is still Read Only. I called more than five times and have been transferred to technical team but no one sorted it out. And what happened this morning is even worse, MYOB's technical department oversea is apparently have party, it is noisy, people are screaming and singing, I could barely hear the technician, when I told him it's too noisy, he put my call on hold. This is ridiculous. I paid for the subscription and the service must be provided
