Paying Super

Sorry, you haven't been given permission to record payments. You'll need to either get the business owner to give you permission, or get someone who has permission to record the payment instead.

 

However, I am an administrator, and every option I can find in my user settings is enabled to allow me to perform tasks.

 

Please advise how I can resolve this.

Thanks for your post. The ability to process and authorise Pay super transactions depends on your Pay super role. This is different to your Company file role.

 

The Help Article, Add a Pay super authoriser, has detailed information on Pay super roles. You will need to speak to the business owner about being added as a Pay super creator, authoriser or administrator in order to process super payments.
