Hi

 

I have a part-time person working 30.4 hours per week. For the next 2 weeks she will be working 38 hours per week. How do you process this in MYOB? Do I need to do anything with calculating her leave for these additional hours?

Thank you for your post. 

 

There are a couple of ways you could do this, you could either open their employee card > Payroll Details > Standard Pay > then override this window to reflect the updated 38* hours, as well as the leave accruals.

 

Alternatively, when processing the pay run you could override the calculated hours to reflect the new hours. This is done by clicking the downward-facing arrow next to your employees to expand their details and make adjustments.
