Under further investigation, I found that one of the employees did tot reach the Minimum requirement amount of $2000 to be accepted. My apologies All else are correct EOFY FINALIZATION RFBA SECTION 57A NOT ACCEPTING FIGURES FOR LODGEMENT I have two employees which are under the Section 57 umbrella, but it won't let me Finalize the report. BUT it will let me lodge when the Sectio57 is not enabled. (Worked fine Last Financial year) Gross Payments are Zero and NO PAYG withholding is the summary of payments Category set up in MYOB as follows WAGES FRINGE BENEFIT BELOW THRESHHOLD ATO REPORTING ---GROSS PAYMENTS DEDUCTIONSFRINGE BENEFIT WAGES (FBT) ATO REPORTING ---NOT REPORTABLE Is there an issue with the ATO, or is there an issue with the way the Payroll is set up. SolvedRe: PAYROLL STP REPORTING Thanks for the info The Bookkeeper is already a User. WIll she just submit the STP as normal? PAYROLL STP REPORTING We are currently using two Book keepers for our Business Both have access to the MYOB file. We need to register the second Book keeper to Report the payroll to the ATO The STP is already set up with Bookkeeper 1 reporting to the ATO How do we give access to the Second Bookeeper to lodge the report, or can we have more than one user on record? (Apart from Accountans etc) ELECTRONIC EMPLOYEE PAYMENTS VIC ABA FILES I have recently added a new Staff with the correct BSB and Account details. (Details are correct as we have paid the Staff seperately) The ABA file is rejecting the Banking details as the format is incorrect. MYOB BSB xxx-xxx MYOB Account xxxxxxxxx The ABA file is accepting the BSB Format but adds one space in the Account, hence rejecting. ACCOUNT _xxxxxxxxx Can you advise if MYOB can solve or will I have to contact the Bank SolvedRe: STP REPORTING PHASE 2 RFBA SECT 57 WAGES I have located the MYOB link to RFBA Sect 57 wages Reportable fringe benefits amounts (RFBA) with Single Touch Payroll reporting - MYOB AccountRight - MYOB Help Centre This is fine and I am aware that these are done at the end of the Financial Year, As a Non for Profit Organiztion, I divide the yearly amount by 52 to represent the weekly portion of the total amount This amount is categorized as an expense, as is Minus in the Payrun. Under Phase 1, I did not need to assign this deduction weekly, as I reported it end of year. I just need instruction on the Phase II option. At present it is not assigned under the decuction category. Is this correct? STP REPORTING PHASE 2 RFBA SECT 57 WAGES I have now registered to Phase 2 Reporting, and getting error messages with reference to Minus(-) balances in the Gross Field. Wages under the RFBA are input as Deductions and are Negative in Manner. The Gross amount of wages are split under Base Hourly (Wages and Salary) and Fringe Benefits below threshold (Wages and Salary) The DEDUCTION TRANSACTION for the RFBA has to be processed as a negative amount (LIABILITY) What ATO Reporting Category does the Deduction allocate to, (Salary Sacrifice-Other Employee Benefits ??????) and where does the Fringe Benefit Below the Threshold allocated to ?--It is a Tax Free component. The only option in the Wages is the ETP -Tax Free Component. Is this Correct???? At Present I have allocate it Wages and salary. Re: EXPORTING REPORTS TO EXCEL HI Melissa thanks for your quick response. Will confirm if we have proper version of Excel. Failing that, exporting as CSV does work, just needed to refresh procedure to alter Text formatting to Excel format. All good. EXPORTING REPORTS TO EXCEL When exporting a report to Excel, the option is greyed out. My understanding is that Microsoft Programs need to be installed prior to MYOB being installed, and the Installation will recognize Microsoft Programs. I have had MYOB prior to the Online version and had no issues. Is there a procedure for MYOB to recognize Microsoft Excel, and for that matter, other Microsoft programs. Solved
