Hi RayJordan, I have just tried this again with the Clearwater file in 2015.3 and the stock alert items are coming across in one order. I apologise for not getting back to you. I had intended to organise a time for me to remote into your system to see what is going on. Unfortunately it fell through the cracks. Hi Kimgoldcoast, MYOB will compress the back up file into a .zip file. There are a few different programs that can decompress a .zip file, with WinRar being one of them. I suggest speaking to your IT about getting appropriate software to decompress or unzip the back up file. As for your accountant getting access, as far as I can see your file is still in the 2015.1 version. Hi KatieBLoft As you have noticed, installing a new version of the software doesn't automatically remove the old versions. This will put the online file in Read-only. Once you have finished with the data entry, the changes can be uploaded by going to File >Check in.
