Regards desktop vs online When I log into the online version of MYOB, nothing has synced with my desktop since 07 July! I generally use the desktop but needed to log in and use the cloud version. But I could not since it was totally inaccurate. What has happened? And how to fix this issue? So I'm not so sure MYOB does take user concerns seriously The issue with invoice reminders has also been going on for months, if not longer. Regards Re: Invoice Reminders Function not Working To my mind, it appears MYOB is concentrating more on minor fixes and 'prettying" up the looks rather than concentrating on issues which are frustrating to users and keep being brought up - such as this invoice reminder and the continued requests to be be able to purge data. MYOB is a costly product so ease of use should be a priority - just a thougtht Re: Emails not going through Hi this "solution" is somewhat circular - up until about 3/4 weeks ago, this was not happening. The emails are simply not going through- they sit as 'sending' for quite some time and then customers are not receiving them, even when checking in their 'junk' mail etc Re: Emails not going through So further to that - all emails have gone through without a problem up to approximately two weeks ago. I had customers check their junk mail So still believe the problem lies with MYOB Regards still seeing the onboarding info at the beginning even though clicked don't show again A minor problem but an irritant which is beginning to build up Please fix
