Just in case any one else is looking. We had created the 2021 year in Assets back in May for tax planning purposes. This meant that the software update to automatically write off the pool balance did not do so with this asset ledger. Hi, I know there is a message that my.myob is down, but I also note that MYOB Cashbook is also down (AE Ledger, where most of our client ledgers are). Yes. I recall being shown a demo of an online trial balance that generated and linked support documents directly from the client's file at the click of a button, and the ability to send queries to the client from the same screen.
