At the moment, we are still in the process of our staggered release of the update via my.MYOB. The in-product update message should appear in your software once that process has been completed - we anticipate this to be some time in the next couple of weeks. As per GDK's post, please note that only the company files are stored in the cloud (if using the online option). The actual software is installed on your machine or server and is what is updated when we release a new version of AccountRight. It sounds like one of these hasn't been updated to v2016.2.2 yet, which is why it keeps prompting you to update the software. The fact that the tax tables are correct indicate that the company file itself was opened up in v2016.2.2 and tax tables loaded appropriately, however, the in-product update ribbon seems to suggest that the company file is still being accessed in one or more machines that has v2016.2.1 installed. Pleaase note that even if the company file is on the cloud, all computers that access it still needs to have AccountRight installed and thus, needs to be updated. We'd recommend you open up AccountRight on each computer, go to Help > About MYOB AccountRight and ensure that the product version (top line) says 'AccountRight 2016.2.2'. Please do let us know how you go with that. Cheers, Tallie Re: AccountRight 2016.1 (NZ) now available Hi mickhammond, We did have an issue with clients not being able to view their online invoices which was addressed shortly after the problem was identified. We do, however, still have several clients reporting a delay in online invoices loading, which is something that we're currently looking into. While we have had reports of the issue being resolved by using different browsers, I understand you've already tried this and it hasn't worked for you. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused, and appreciate your patience while we investigate the matter. From within our main website itself, this can be accessed via Support > Small Business support. Re: AccountRight 2015.4 now available Hi there JoannaR, The current plan is for multi-currency to be introduced in a 3-step delivery processing consisting of the following steps: - Ability to migrate Classic clients that have stopped using multi-currency - Foreign currency exchange service for importers - Transition path to MYOB Advanced We will intially be looking at migrating clients on the older platform who no longer require the multi-currency function. The second step, which is the one applicable to you, involves incorporating a foreign exchange currency service to AccountRight Live files through an add-on that will allow for this capability. Those that require a more flexible and tailored multi-currency feature may then opt to move across to MYOB Advanced. Unfortunately, there is no exact ETA set as of yet as to when this will be delivered, however, when the first step is due to be implemented, we will be notifying our clients accordingly. Please note we are aware some of our clients have experienced problems updating their software from within the program, and are currently looking into the matter. If you are still having issues, we do recommend you download the update via your my.MYOB. Once you've signed in, click on the My Products tab > Downloads > select your product, and a list of all the download links you are entitled to should be available on the screen. Pay Super does not place restrictions on the frequency of your super payments. You can simply enter in the date range appropriate to your company in the Pay Superannuation window, and process the payment.
