Hopefully it can be resolved this time around... PS- I do not generally have a problem with your Call Centre people- they are patient and genuinely seem to be trying to help. I think its a matter of too many problems, too few people not knowing the product or how to fix things (and maybe problems with the electronics?). Thanks anyway 🤨 Long call queues and call dropouts Hi Guys, Getting very sick and tired of having to wait over 30-40 minutes just to get to a Service Staff Member on the phone, only to have them need to refer to someone else AND then have the call disconnect while on hold. Lift your game and provide a decent service! Especially painful seeing as we get less features now and your monthly charges have nearly quadrupled in the past 15 years! 🥺 And- don't give a "I'm sorry to hear you've got problems🤨" Stock age report / Dead stock report Hi, Is there a report that I can produce that identifies stock/inventory sitting on the shelf pre a certain date. We want to identify how long an Item(s) have been on the shelf in order to tag as "Dead" or "Aged" stock. Thanks Solved
