Downgraded search paramater options when UPGRADING a programme seems counterintuitive. :( "In previous versions of Premier search options would automatically have an expanded range. For example, searching for a phone number wouldn't just search the Phone Number 1, but all three. I find it increasingly frustrating when you search a phone number of a spouse for example, and it doesn't show in the search because the first number in the Card File is the "Other Half " and the only one the search recognises. PLEASE upgrade this function to include ALL phone numbers, as it used to!" While we've only recently 'upgraded' from Premier 19 to AccountRight I understand this has been an issue for over 10 months. This is a fairly significant issue that addresses basic functionality. ??? As walkerhagley pointed out - you lose all the work already entered each time and have to start from scratch. It has this morning taken me literally twice as long to pay our largest creditor in the system. A very bulky and awkward operation - and totally unsatisfactory. I echo the above sentiment - it needs to be fixed. Re: Fixing invoices in Purchases - Pay Bills window, Account right Standard We've recently "upgraded" from Premier 19 to AccountRight and this is a MAJOR problem for us with the number of transactions on some Bill Payments exceeding 400 and the application of credits changing values during the process. It doesn't even allow for a manual refresh! Not a happy customer here.
