Thanks Cheers Jacqui Re: C0000005 Fatal Error Thanks Jennie, we'll try that. Re: C0000005 Fatal Error Hi Stephen Reinstalling the fonts was the first thing I tried, but that did not resolve the issue. I also tried creating a new employee copying the details from the problematic one, but still got the error. So there must be something about that employee? Cheers Jacqui C0000005 Fatal Error Hi One of my clients is getting a Fatal Error when try to enter a pay for one employee only. Cheers Jacqui Prompts to email when recording a Bill Hi A user at one our of client sites always gets the dialog box to send an email when entering Purchases/Bills. The Bill Delivery status is "To be printed". This only happens to the one person and has been going on for a while, across a number of versions. They are now on 2019.4 Any ideas? Cheers Jacqui SolvedRe: Payday Filing - File not being created for New Employee Hi Jennie I did try that but it didn't work. I guess becase there was no pay for him in that period? Cheers Jacqui Re: Payday Filing - File not being created for New Employee The answer to my question is YES. The start date has to be in the same pay period. Payday Filing - File not being created for New Employee Hi I have just entered a payrun for our client, for the fortnight 23/09/2019 to 04/10/2019. There was a new employee that started on 05/09/2019 but had not been paid yet. They only gave me his details for this payrun. However, when I process the payroll and create the EI files, it does not pick up that there is a new employee, so I cannot create the New Employee file. Does his start date have to be in the current pay period? SolvedRe: Payday Filing new and leaving employee details When will 2019.1 be released? We have clients needing to file their reports now. Why were we not advised that upgrading to 2018.3 would still not enable payday filing?
