Hi Stephen Reinstalling the fonts was the first thing I tried, but that did not resolve the issue. I also tried creating a new employee copying the details from the problematic one, but still got the error. So there must be something about that employee? Hi One of my clients is getting a Fatal Error when try to enter a pay for one employee only. They can enter pays for all other employees, but when they enter it for this one employee, they get the following error (image attached). Hi A user at one our of client sites always gets the dialog box to send an email when entering Purchases/Bills. The Bill Delivery status is "To be printed". This only happens to the one person and has been going on for a while, across a number of versions. They are now on 2019.4 Any ideas? Hi I have just entered a payrun for our client, for the fortnight 23/09/2019 to 04/10/2019. There was a new employee that started on 05/09/2019 but had not been paid yet. They only gave me his details for this payrun. However, when I process the payroll and create the EI files, it does not pick up that there is a new employee, so I cannot create the New Employee file.
