Either way, they should go into my.myob and add you as an online administrator. You need that permission for the file to appear in your dashboard. Did the invite you received say you had access as a file user or administrator? If it is file user, then you will need to get them to add you as an online administrator in their my.myob.com.au account. Re: can't see client's files after accept invation It should only take a few minutes to appear on the dashboard. It would be worth logging in to your my.myob.com.au page, and check in Manage Online File Access to make sure your login has permission to access the file. If the user login hasnt been given permission, then you wont see the file on the dashbaord until you tick the box for the relevant user to have permission on the file. This is important if you receive invitations to one email address, and log into the file with another email address, or other users need to access the file. Only the email address that received the invitation gets permission by default. Re: Need to give staff access to AR file You need to get the client to invite you into the file as an Advisor with Online Administrator permission. Ideally they should send the invite to a generic email that you use for your practice for this purpose. E.g. clouddata@mypractice.com By sending the invite as an Advisor, it will mean then that the file will be available to anyone using the mypractice.com domain name, and so it will not ask to link your account anymore. You still have to give the staff memeber permission through my.myob Online Access first though to be able to see and actually access the file via their login. In your partner portal, click on your initials in the dark left hand, vertical task bar, and then click Launch My Success. You should be able to go to https://mysuccess.myob.com to get there as well. Click on your name in the top right menu bar and then select My Partner Profile. Your partner manager should be listed in right hand column.
