How do I get the drop down box to reappear? We have 4 computers running MYOB in our office and this has happened to only 2 of them, the other 2 still have the option to choose the form. All computers are the exact same and all are running server edition. Backing up company file How do we backup the current online cloud file manually? Please don't give the standard spiel on how to backup as it does NOT back up the online cloud file. We run entirely online and do not use the company files saved on our hard drive, we just like to have back ups available. We have been doing back ups everyday but have found that the backed up files are NOT the current online file that we are using. MYOB seems to be somehow backing up really old files, not the current file. Why have a backup feature in the latest MYOB version if you can't actually back up the online file onto your hard drive? :( SolvedRe: Invoice email notification turn off With the new MYOB version 2023.1.0 when we process an Invoice and email it we are getting a note on myob stating your Invoice has been emailed via outlook and we need to okay this everytime. Is it possible to switch this off? Re: SUPERANNUATION NOT CALCULATING EACH PAY We have not manually adjusted our super at all, was increased to 10.5% by MYOB at 01/07/22, however, our super is still not automatically calculating as it should be. All employee cards are set up correctly, the SG catagories are set up correctly, so why is this happening? We have also just moved an employee to permanent status (just prior to EOM) and MYOB is not calculating the leave accruals for that employee, we are having to enter them manually.Very frustrating and annoying that such an expensive programme is always having issues with basic calculations.
