The selection would not let me choose anything else but accountright I have just received a notification the super payment had failed. The client changed bank accounts back in January and totally didnt think about this having an effect on the super payment for the March quarter. How do I get the bank details changed on the super payments direct from MYOB? Appreciate anyone working today thanks Julie SolvedBank Feed incorrectly cancelled My client inadvertently cancelled the bank feed with CBA, I was able to ask MYOB to reactivate in the background which they did. Perfect. I lost 5 days of bank entries so exported just those dates I had lost and now all the transactions from the opening date of 15th January are not there. When this happened, would the already bank feed amounts get deleted? I am at a loss why the transactions had been dealt with and now they are gone Anyone else had issues with a client cancelling in error and losing previous bank feed entries? Appreciate any help thanks Julie SolvedRe: Superannuation payment not processed Hi Melissa I too have a payment sitting there saying processing payment from 7/4/22 and it is still not completed. I am having no end of trouble every client processing super payments and all my clients have accepted the new terms and agreed as per the details required. This situation is time consuming for both me and the client and frustrating as I now have processed a reversal and the reversal is not showing so I logged in again and its now saying a reversal has been processed but it is not showing in my manage payments window. What on earth is going on with MYOB and these super payments, I have worked tirelessly to get my clients moved over to the MYOB super payments and now this. Your assistance would be appreciated as I do not have 1 1/2 hours to sit on hold waiting for a reponse via phone. Thanks Julie
