They made this fancy app based product, removed most of the existing features and then are slowly adding them back in. A prime example of this is removing separate invoice and quote numbers and then 2 years later adding them back. I do work for different clients that are the same people but operate different parts of the company under different names. When you used to raise an invoice, you could easily change the customer's name but now you have to delete the invoice and then rewrite it because the customer field is now locked. WOW JUST WOW - 2 years ago I posted about this issue and it has finally been rectified. Why did it take so long for something so simple to be rectified. It looks like you are marketing it as a brand new feature almost like a new selling point. Re: Online BPAY Watch out as the Bpay logo is along side all the other online payment options. When you click the apply surcharge apparently it doesnt apply to Bpay and you will get a bit of a suprise on your next MYOB invoice as you have to pay a huge fee to use the service. You did the update and now it doesn't. Your MYOB facebook people say to contact support or the community yet you don't do anything. This should have been a pority fix and done in the first month. I can confirm there are current software limitations linked to your concerns raised, and enhancement suggestions have been put forward for future consideration of change. Your MYOB account has been associated to this so if/when any change occurs, you will be notified directly. That said, I cannot promise if or when this may change as there is a process to follow. Any considered changes in our software products are also factored on the popularity of these requested changes (ie; how many customers make it known to us to request such a change), along with compliance requirements, and the benefits each change would create for our wider customer base to name a few. Please also be assured all potential changes go through stringent testing procedures before a change is implemented. Quotes used to start with Q Invoices used to start with INV Basically running 2 x seperate numberins systems. If you converter a quote to a sale, because lets face it you dont win every quote, the quote would be converter to a new invoice and take the next invoice number. Why hasnt this been recitified yet. Re: adjusting column widths when writing an invoice Hi CloverQ I am really considering switching to XERO. Why cant the column width be altered. This version of MYOB is absoutly rubbish. Right now on my 19" screen I can see 4.5 characters in my ITEM ID field. Even when I start typing something in the field I can only see 3 things in the drop down box when in the middle of the screen. Why cant this box be bigger. Why was this DOWNGRADE released to the public without consultation??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
