Can someone at MYOB tell Mandrill to tell NetEase Email Enterprise to let MYOB Invoices through. Regards Damien Re: Importing invoices with Online Payments does not enable BPay for those invoices Ideal added: Allow BPay option to Imported Invoices | MYOB Community Allow BPay option to Imported Invoices Currently, if using the Import Data function to import invoices, it has the option to "Allow Online Invoice Payments" to be added to the imported invoices, but does not include BPay, even if you have BPay enabled in your account. We would like BPay to be added as an option to be included for imported invoices. This is on AccountRight Desktop. Importing invoices with Online Payments does not enable BPay for those invoices Hi, We have come across an issue where if we import invoices through the Import Data function and enable "Allow Online Invoice Payments" during the Import, it enables Online Payments for those invoices except for BPay. If we create an invoice manually, BPay is enabled. Yes BPay is enabled in the settings online, (the desktop opens the webpage to change the settings) and we have tried toggling the switch but to no avail. Regards Damien Re: Problems with myaccount.myob.com can't choose account Thanks. Weird though it happened on all three browsers at once... Problems with myaccount.myob.com can't choose account Hi, I'm trying to log into myaccount.myob.com with our admin account to look at invoices and our billing details, but when I get this prompt on the screen, selecting either account and press "Go to my account" does nothing. The prompt just stares back at me. I have tried Edge, Chrome & Firefox, they all do the same thing. getting into my.moyb.com.au is fine, but only shows up the one account. Regards Damien SolvedUser cannot Record and Process payrun Hi, we have two users, both on Desktop AccountRight, both with full Accountant/Bookkeeper access, but only one of them can do a full payroll pay run. The other one get the to the Employee Pays part of the Process Payroll screen, and can only Save & Close, cannot press the Record button (greyed out). What is going wrong here? Regards Damien Re: Update -Improved Security- 2FA changes I've made a Product Idea post: https://community.myob.com/t5/AccountRight-Idea-Exchange/AccountRight-Desktop-exit-should-log-you-out/idi-p/846695 asking for Logout on exit. Even though it "never was intended" to do it that way it has been in there since even I used MYOB (at thats over 10 years). I have no idea where MYOB got the idea that users wanted to stay logged in forever (user survey? analytics on how many people ticked the "remember me for 12 hours" option?) but if you are going to change the way this works then you need to communicate this to Everyone: There should be a mass communication (ie email) to every single AccountRight user on the changes made to logins. Not this waiting for people to search the forums for answers. PriyaSelvaraj and other Mods: you need to tell upper management to do this. Heck, do we have to hassle the new CEO of MYOB Paul Robson about this? Regards Damien Re: Trouble logging into MYOB Accountright *sigh* I had this issue too, logged in and hit Enter after entering password and BAM! onto Forget Password prompt. Backed up and pressed the Login button and got in. This is UX bug that needs to be fixed, pressing Enter/Return key on the keyboard from the password field should trigger the Login Action, not move to the Forget Password dialog. This is sooooo the default for everyone else. How this was missed (or even intentional, which is worst) during QA testing, makes me worried for the real important stuff, like the actual accounting calculations of all the accounts. Regards Damien Re: Update -Improved Security- 2FA changes Hi PriyaSelvaraj I think everyone wants the system to log us out of MYOB whenever we quit the Dektop app or close the broswer window, and only give us the option to stay logged in for 12 hours just like before. Or if the boffins at the head of MYOB really like to stay logged in by default (which is bad security wise.. but anyway) give the option to Not Remember Me - but this is the opposite to the normal conventions of everything else.
