It is part payment for each inv from some time ago. Both invoices appear in the list of overdue invoices, but don't appear when trying to allocate funds. Wondering if there are gremlins in the new update, as I am having issues with payroll not adding up as well, let alone trying to find things in the new menu. Rick Bank reconciliation Hi, Trying to reconcile a payment that needs to go to 2 outstanding invoices. MYOB can find one and not the other. When you look up unpaid invoice - there are 2. Am I missing something or is this another feature of the upgrade? regards, Rick Solvedpayroll not adding up correctly Hi, I have an issue with the payroll total different to the actual total - difference by $9. Extremely frustrating trying to find the difference - and appears to be incorrect total by MYOB. Is anyone else having issues with the "upgrade" ? Regards, Rick SolvedRe: Upcoming Community Forum Changes I just want a print button when viewing an invoice that takes me directly to the printer - like we had on Essentials Re: How does one enter part payments made to the ATO? Hi Carol, Previously I have set up a spend money as suggested by myob. I will try setting up a bill and see what happens. With spend money, allocation wants the full amount - it is not smart enough to part allocate, unfortunately. Regards, Rick How does one enter part payments made to the ATO? Trying to enter a payment to a spend money item for BAS/GST/PAYG. The system doesn't seem to like part payments - from a payment plan, or multiple payments due to maximum daily bank limits. Is there an easy way to make the system accept these payments? Similar to getting part paid for an invoice. Thanks, Rick:) Matching bank transactions The upgrade to business has deleted some previously set up rules, but also automatically set some up to be motor vehicle expenses, but should be insurance or telephone or something else. Any ideas how to go though and sort out? Re: Better account security with two-factor authentication Steven, Thanks for that. I understand that 2FA is mandated - it would be great if it worked seemlessly in the background. I will have to print out the back up codes and carry with me in future so I don't get caught out. Regards Rick Re: Better account security with two-factor authentication Steven, Thanks for that - but find it frustrating that a system worked fine - being able to login on several different devices to work on MYOB - and 2FA is brought into existence and there is issues. I can login in after putting in 2FA details - and it goes back to the login page - so I have to enter MYOB again - don't need 2FA the second time. Having 2 entities with 2 email details means when I switch entity I need 2FA each time - even when I have remember for 30 days. If I forget my phone when I need to login with 2FA - this is a pain. All very well having a backup - but it may not be on the computer that I am using. I use a computer at home, work and tablet and mobile phone. Maybe I am different to normal users - but it used to work fine before 2FA. The question is - if we can remember for 30 days - why have it at all? - or make it remember for each login on each computer. I must be getting old and grumpy. regards, Rick Re: Better account security with two-factor authentication Cat I hear what you are saying. I am still having issues with 2fa - now when logging in on one account, after putting in the code it boots back to the login screen. Must be getting old and grumpy - but frustrating when it was so easy before, and no perceived benefit.
