A date raised column would be great along with a column to tick and delete if no longer necessary. "To Do List - Purchase Orders" Jobs: Allow jobs to be inactivate with tickbox on window (without opening) Hi, I have come in to many businesses and have been asked to clean up old Jobs Lists! It would be great if you could put a check box column on the main Job List Summary Screen for the 'Inactive Job' and 'Track Reimbursables' options to save time opening each Job in the List andthen ticking the boxes. To be honest, this could be handy in the Accounts List too. Here's to saving Mouse Clicks! "Job List - Inactive Job / Track Reimbursables" The 'should be using Pay Bills' warning in Spend Money Re the prompt tocheck Pay Bills when entering in Spend Money. I only want the warning if there is a matching Pay Bills amount outstanding for that Client. Too many times you flick across and there is nothing outstanding and then you cant easily flick back to the Spend Money option to keep on processing (but I understand that this is probably there so you check closed Pay Bills to avoid duplication.) Being able to flick back and forth wouldmake life easier.
