"Something's gone wrong and AccountRight needs to close" I have tried to close several times, put GST inclusive on and tried to record but nothing is working. Help please..... We have waited 30 plus minutes and nothing is happening and the backup has not been processed. Could you please advise if this may be related to last weeks issues or suggest an alternative. Any idea when this will be fixed.... Re: Employee Card File Hi Thank you for your reply. We already had all our "roles" setup and this has not been an issue before. I am unsure when this changed but I havefixed the problem. The "Sales" role had for some reason changed the criteria and "ticked" what was previously "unticked" which included the Employee cards, Employee Payment Details and Employee Payroll Details. I will make sure I keep a better eye on this, it may have changed when an update occured. Cathie Employee Card File Good morning, The setting for Employee Cards is not working. I have set up the Manage Roles correctly and it is showing this however all our users are able to look at the Employee Cards. This has just come to my attention and Ineed to fix this urgently. Thank you Cathie SolvedItem Average Cost and Item Quantity Hello We have an item that has zero quantity on hand, it shows a current value of $0.01 but has an average cost of $22,517,998,136,850.58 ????. We also have several items that show ridiculous on hand quantity in list view but when you click into the item there is no quantity on hand. I have attached a preview of these errors. How do these figures arrive and how do we correct them. Thank you Cathie Place Customer On Credit Hold Hello, When a customer is placed on credit hold, MYOB previously did not allow printing of any sales dockets - delivery/picking slip for current orders in our system. This appears to have changed as MYOB now allows our users to print delivery and picking slips, meaning goods may be supplied to the customer prior to our staff realising they are on credit hold. How can we fix this issue. Thank you Cathie.
