Hi Samara, As there were no extra spaces or special characters I had to delete customer name and re enter. When that still didn't work I had to then change the customer name i.e. to a shorter name less than 3 words. It then worked, although the customer name isn't quite right? It seems to work. Template email for bulk invoices Is there anyway we can avoid having to manually type in the "subject" and "message" fields to the customer just before we send to the bulk recipiants. We tried setting up a bulk email template however the text does not appear when we select from the drop down. When we paste the text in from OneNote to avoid retyping the next time we attempt to send to another 10 or so invoices to customers it seems to remember and the text appears. Hi We are experiencing the same issue and was wondering if there was a solution or fix. As we can no long print bulk invoices (separate issue logged) since the upgrade we are hoping we don't have to email invoices one by one. Thank you.738Views0likes4Comments
