MYOB changed the behaviour that was inherent in the program already. it may have been wrong, but customers had no idea it didn't meet with MYOB expectations and were working with it. If you have an invoice being generated manually by staff and autogenerated by an API, how can you ever avoid a duplicate invoice being created? MYOB changed the system and then say in "future" upgrades we will fix what we broke. Sorry to hound you, as I know it is not you, you are just the poor responder, but someone needs to answer why??? Our company doesn't even use third-party applications at the moment, but I am responding to this thread because it is important, not just something to be swept under the carpet and forgotten. Please let us know the response from your development team as to when an issue they created will be rolled back or fixed. The response is pretty much bad luck, we have screwed your invoicing system, suck it up. It seems MYOB refuse to acknowledge issues and when they do it is the customer's issue. There are so many issues with MYOB that make the end-user experience unpleasant, yet MYOB glosses over and move on to the next upgrade, which will probably screw something else up. Why all of a sudden is the third party API updating the invoice sequence when Mark_C11 stated that it was not altering the "auto" fill invoice number previously.? We have the same problem and thought the additional payment options are disabled already. We have been through the user portal and no luck. This is printing a second page on our invoices which are not required,. This is confusing customers as we do not offer BPay or "Pay Now" electronic credit card payments. A fix to this issue would be appreciated. Thanks very much. Peter
