We have discovered the Microsoft option to update to New Outlook in 365 doesn't work with AR MYOB. You cannot send invoices and reports. We have reverted back to the original outlook and it's all working fine - MYOB will need to do some coding to allow this intergration. Re: Permission levels changed Thank you for your response. Permission levels all understood and how changing one thing can impact on other levels. In this case they had been changed without notice. I believe this was generated by a system update. This issue was also picked up by another business' MYOB administrator. I checked with her to ensure I wasn't mistaken. I now do a weekly check and after any system updates. Permission levels changed I have just discovered that the permission levels for a few roles have changed and now include access to confidential information including pays and staff details. I contacted a friend who also uses MYOB for several of her clients and ask her to check roles and profiles and found the same i.e. not my imagination. I am now carefully going through all my users and permissions and fixing. This is highly sensitive information that legally must be protected. Someone at MYOB should investigate. Bulk Send invoices We send finalised invoices every night - anywhere between 100 and 200. We have to wait until the end of the day when all are finalised. At the moment we have to send each one indivually. I can see some old community posts from 2016 - seems no progress has been made on this absolute time saver. I can tick off all payslips and send at once. Can MYOB consider doing the same for invoices. This bit of nonsense was straight out marketing and PR 101 i.e. no substance.Of course there was no ability to provide feedback directly as it was from a noreply email. MYOB - the reason people contact you for help is they can't find the answers online. Live inventory on a phone app HI One absolute essential for any company with inventory is a mobile app with real time inventory. This is a time saver and effecient when your team are on the road and they need to know the stock levels. This is pretty basic technology. None of the inventory apps on the partners page offer this simple solution without a ton of bells and whistles. Email confirming message sent from outlook. 2nd post The new and frankly unneccesary message to say an invoice has been sent successfully from outlook is completely nuts. Our productivity has stalled. Aside from 100's of invoices we send at the end of the day now taking longer, sending payslips used to take no time - now I have to do one at a time. We do not need a confirmation an email has been sent - this is not the 90's when emails were new.
