Hi Doreen What I am after is the specific date that MYOB release each year at end of financial year for those employers who want to claim a tax deduction in the current financial year for the June 2024 quarter/moth super. There is a specific date that MYOB states super contributions have to be processed through MYOB pay super by to ensure they reach the employees funds by the 30 June 2024. Last year I think it was by 4pm on 21 June. Can you please advise what the cut off date is for this financial year so we can let out clients know.303Views2likes0CommentsPay Super not working
We have recently converted a file from AccountRight to Business. I have reset up Pay Super in Business however when I go to process the March 24 qtr super payment I receive a message 'A problem occured with processing this super payment. Please refresh the browser, check the details and try again.' I refresh the browser and try again but the same issue arises. I have tried processing for some employees and not others but still the error occurs. Is it becuase the majority of the pays were processed in Account Right? Hi Tracey Is there a reason why the instructions do not say to set up an opening balance of 10 days for the leave entitlement item? Also I have a large number of payroll clients with up to 1000 employees across all clients, how is it practical for me to set a reminder for each of those employees to reset the balance on their individual work anniversary? Will MYOB be issuing an update in the coming months to automate this? Thanks328Views2likes0Comments
