ContributionsMost RecentMost LikesSolutionsError message when trying access employee card When I try to access one of the employee cards, it won't open and I get this message (DataNotUniqueError): More than one EmployeePayrollDetails exists for employeeId = 1469 I also tried accessing the information through the my.myob but it also crashes as says "something went wrong, refresh browser or if the problem persists, contact MYOB support. Do we still have MYOB support anywhere? SolvedRe: Retained earning at year end not rolling over to Opening RE in Client Accounting Did you find a solution? Im having the same problem. I just closed a financial year after doing EOY adjustements, and the Current Year Earnings have not rolled over into Retained Earnings, (as they used to do when years were "Rolled over" instead of "closed"). I also noticed that there wasnt the normal questions asking if we wanted to retain open items etc, and the whole process took 1 second (previous years always took a while while old items were cleared etc). Worried that I've done something wrong. Re: AccountRight and MYOB Business outage While we are all frustrated at this issue, and many angry members of the MYOB community are commenting about the lack of a back up plan by MYOB, It has struck a cord that many of us clearly also do not have a back up "Business continuity plan" of our own. Switching to another provider doesn't ensure that the same thing can't happen there too. We all need to have a contingency plan of our own. "Luckily" due to the internet reception at our business, I do have some back up plan procedures so I was able to pay wages & suppliers, then re-enter the details today. Thankfully not all my eggs are in one basket. - MYOB do need to reinstate the "work offline" option - we all need to keep a local copy of employees pay rates & bank details - We need our own back up quote / invoice & purchase order method. I did eventually get hold of someone at MYOB on Friday (after a mammoth 2hrs 46 mins on the telephone) and they have escalated it to the technical team for a file repair...still waiting though. (NAB) transactions missing from reconciliation page, but showing in bank register My clients bank ac says that it is only reconciled to 30/6/22 and on investigation - the figs don't reconcile (but they did previously and the account was reconciled to Dec 2022. HOWEVER - there are now no transactions showing between 1/7/22 & 31/12/22 on the reconciliation screen when I try to reconcile to 31/12/22 Thankfully all the transactions are still showing on the bank register. I tried the "Undo reconciliation" hoping that would rest the glitch, and it took m back to 31/3/22 but again it doesnt reconcile, and the 1/7/22 to 31/12/22 transactions are still missing. Re: Invoice and Statement sent to incorrect email. 24/2/2023 - I am having the same issue. Reminders are going to 2 emails that are not on the clients cards. I just spent ages on the live chat, for them to tell me to call the hot line.
