It's ok to redo the software ID link through Access Manager if we are lodging the STP as tax/bas agents, but if we are setting it up on behalf of a client it's such a tedious process to ring the ATO to have to relink the software ID. Anyway, i have been advised that this happened a couple of years ago by a myob specialist - it's just annoying. STP Software ID has changed In the last 2 days i now have 3 files rejecting STP lodgements all saying the Software ID is invalid. Previously lodged STP reports in March were fine - STP is now asking me to setup again - "Get Started" screen appears. And the software ID is different to the one previously advised to the ATO. Last thing i want to be doing is ringing the ATO advising of new software ID's as this is a tedious and lengthy process. Has something happened in the recent MYOB updates? Solved
