That process is exactly what i am trying to avoid though and i'm trying to decipher why this is happening. It's ok to redo the software ID link through Access Manager if we are lodging the STP as tax/bas agents, but if we are setting it up on behalf of a client it's such a tedious process to ring the ATO to have to relink the software ID. In the last 2 days i now have 3 files rejecting STP lodgements all saying the Software ID is invalid. Previously lodged STP reports in March were fine - STP is now asking me to setup again - "Get Started" screen appears. And the software ID is different to the one previously advised to the ATO. Last thing i want to be doing is ringing the ATO advising of new software ID's as this is a tedious and lengthy process. Has something happened in the recent MYOB updates?Solved164Views0likes2Comments
