We have set up a new company file to test invoicing from a new rostering system we are looking at, I have deleted all invoices generated to date but in MYOB I can see that the next invoice i generate will be 0000064, how can I change this back to 0000001? Hi Steven, Have finally managed to log in using the Browser interface, when I went into the reminder settings it was not ticked to automatically send out reminders, I thought this was a defualt setting? HI, I am trying to turn off the Unpaid Invoice Summaries as frankly they will cause more problems than it is worth! The email I received states: Known issue: Invoice Reminders page is blank. We're aware of an issue that results in some users only seeing a blank page when they click the Invoice Reminders button. We're working to fix this issue. If this affects you, you can open your invoice reminders settings when you access your company file in a web browser - just click your business name > Sales settings > Reminders tab > Reminders settings button. Well I cannot acces any of the above!! I am using AccountRight Premier and this is so frustrating, MYOB have know about this problem for many months now and no action!!! As usual you have to find a way around the many bugs in MYOB, I now run a Sales Register (Detail) report for the period I want, export it to Excel and then use sub totals to soert it by customer! Re: Constant Timeout on reports Yes, it is obviously a new bug, we are at the stage now where we don't beleive anything that MYOB tells us. They just keep giving us so called short term fixes or else tell us to create a new file and worst of all keep saying the problem may be because of our file size. How on earth can that be an issue in the year 2020!!, by the way our file size is around 1.5 - 2GB, hardly big by todays standards. Re: Constant Timeout on reports We are having the exact same issues and when we contact MYOB we just get back rubbish answers. One consistent recommendation we keep receiving is to take AccountRight Premier offline and run the reports, I mean what is the point of having your system on the cloud if you have to run everything offline!! Another suggestion was to run the report for a shorter period!!!, so if you want a 6 month sales report I suppose you need to run 2 x 3 month reports and then export to excel and manually combine them!! I thought AccountRight was supposed to be a complete accounting package, everytime there is an update there appear a whole new raft of problems.
