The error message is: the login details does not have access to my.myob...... But under her user access, she is ticked " this user will sign on with a my.myob account." she has no trouble logging into myob and working, just the my.myob any suggestions please? I understand i need to report on sub contractors who do work on our behalf. but what about builders and subcontractors who do work on OUR building? ie replaced our roof gutters. So, I have two major payroll categories set up, both go to Gross pay, One is Base Hourly, the other is Manufacturing Hourly. Manufacturing hours overrides to COG I need to move hours for some employees from base hourly to manufacturing hourly, so i can account for their work on production floor. How do i best do this? I need to go back to July 1st, I have done an audit on the payroll and what needs to be moved for each employee, if i have to do a GJ it is in dollar value, anyway i can do it somwhere as hours, not dollars. I am assuming it will be in payroll, but how much of a head ache will it be. Can i do one transaction for each employee for each month??? Thanks D SolvedCombining GL codes Hi, I have seen posts of people combining and cleaning up their Account Codes and would like to do the same. I have a heap of now Inactive Codes and want them gone, especially as they continue to pop up in the Company Data Audit even though people have been begging for this to stop for about a decade now. So does anyone have any tips or things i should be aware of other than the obvious - like for like code, check balances are correct after merge, etc. Any hints and tricks appreciated. Thanks D Solved
