In fact, I'd received an email on 24/02/2025 saying the invoice format would change but there'd be NO effect on the total billing value... imagine my surprise to find an increase of $18 from one month to the next?! Sent emails to MYOB support on 05/03 & 17/03 with absolutely zero response. And now I've got a second bill with the higher amount. Nice work MYOB. Great customer service (sarc). I'll have to set aside some time to wait on hold and then, no doubt, deal with someone overseas to probably get some bs explanation. Re: How to handle an overpayment of a sales invoice I haven't done this in sales before, but in pay bills you can put the amount actually paid at the top and then overwrite the amount on the invoice line below with the same amount, which automatically creates a credit memo for either application or refund down the track. I imagine it would be the same in sales... worth a try! Purchases [Supplier Detail] - broken! I have run a Purchases [Supplier Detail] report every week for the last couple years. I never paid too much attention to it until recently when I have had more cause to scrutinise purchases going through at Order, Open & Closed phases. The report appears to be broken. Purchase items that are sitting at Open status are showing $0.00 values, even though clicking into the record shows they clearly have a billing value. And this is multiple, multiple line items. Aside from clicking on every $0.00 item and manually correcting the value, I don't see a way around this. What good is a report if it doesn't work? Does anyone have any ideas? MYOB, this solution may be ok for micro businesses where one person runs the show but it is not good enough for any of your other customers. We have multiple users, none of whom received an email notification. In the past downloading updates from my.MYOB has been a confusing and often messy process and one that had to be repeated by each user, some that aren't computer savvy. Not to mention that the my.MYOB login process hasn't been the most reliable in the past (and in fact isn't working for me right now and I don't have time to sort out). All of the update drama was easily avoided with in-product messaging. Also, subscribing to a blog post adds more junk to email inboxes, especially when you end up receiving an email every single time there is a post, a lot of which aren't relevant to your situation. All it does is add to work stress. MYOB you are just coming off as being lazy in passing the buck to your clients. You're supposed to be making things easier for us, not harder. Please would you start listening to the people, give us the software updates people have been asking for for years, and give us back in-product messaging!! Re: AccountRight 2020.3 is now available Regarding the payslip message, have you just extended the existing journal memo field so it accepts more characters? I don't want my journal memos coming through as (for example) "Please note this pay includes 2 sick days". And if it is not the journal memo, where is that field now? Also, why can we not see update availability within the program itself like we normally would???
