Hi Genreve, This file is originally a online AccountRight Standard file. I can't upgrade this file via "help - change serial number" & "help - change product". The sales/call centre informed me to wait for 5 mins then click "change serial number" yesterday. It didn't work. Could you please clarify "open the email containing the file"? Thank you. Hi team, I have called to request reallocation of a MYOB online file serial number from standard to plus so we can use payroll function. The call centre told me this has been done from their end. The merger between Care Super & Spirit Super is now completed. Our employee provided us a screenshot of her membership number from the system. It contains 18 numbers. The 24-hour reauthentication is ok. However, re-log in for all 20+ MYOB files under the SAME USER NAME/ SAME EMAIL is not acceptable. For example, at the end of month, we only need 2 mins per file to reconcile bank accounts. Hi team, The new way of login is so troublesome. We have more than 30 MYOB files & we need to open them simultaneously. We are forced to re-log in EVERY SINGLE TIME when we try to open another MYOB file simultaneously. In order to do previous month reconcilaition, I have to log in 30 times in the morning. We have multiple entities using MYOB AccountRight for years. Yesterday when we sent out payslips via outlook. MYOB ended up sending payslips to wrong employees. For example, originally MYOB should send payslip to Thomas via Outlook on behalf of AAA Pty Ltd. MYOB ended up sending below email to Anna who works for BBB Pty Ltd. Subject: BBB Pty Ltd Sent to: Anna Attached PDF: payslip of Thomas (AAA Pty Ltd) At that time, multiple MYOB files are opened. However, when we send out emails, we do it one by one.
