We can open the MYOB clients list, see the client, see the unallocated transactions but as soon as we try and access this client we receive an error message, please contact MYOB Support. So MYOB support, what do we need to do to access this client. Let me know if you need screen shots as I cannot get the serial number with out access. Thanks Nicole Re: Matching transactions The transactions are not spend money, they are bills and MYOB should be able show close matches without going through 3 extra steps to find each transaction. Xero manages to locate - MYOB should catch up. Re: Matching transactions I would love to see this too.. Employee terminated and reinstated as casual but leave still showing in entitlements Employee was terminated before Xmas and final payroll completed. Now employee has come back as casual to help the business out. I have amended the card file from permanent to Casual removed the termination date and change the classification, then removed the entitlements of leave. I noticed that the leave has not zero out even thought the Entitlement report shows nil there is a "card balance showing" in the entitlement detail report. & the leave was entered in the final pay. Can someone advise where I might have gone wrong and how to correct this? I can't reverse final pay due to STP and electronic clearing account used. I have attached the final payslip and entitlement report with personal details blanked out. Thanks Nicole Re: MYOB Cashbooks Thank you for responding. After being handed around by phone with MYOB to different departments, then getting asked to send the same information in that was already forwarded. I just gave up. MYOB cashbooks normally is just the bank feed and when that does not balance each month due to MYOB error, I just checked each transaction off and kept working. I don't have time to sit on the phone for hours. MYOB Cashbooks MYOB Cashbooks is not working correctly, unable to accesss settings/ chart of accounts, system times out and Split Income is not saving. Do you know of any issues with the system as MYOB Status page is showing all is normal. Thanks
