In my installation of AccountRight 2014.4 Server NZ Edition, there are no sample files installed for NZ. I have followed the support note Performing a clean reinstallation of AccountRight 2011 and later and also looked at support note Where are the "Clearwater" sample company files for AccountRight 2014.1? Hi I have installed AccountRight 2014.4 Server Edition. None of the help functions are working such as "help for this window", "learning Centre", "search". Hi I Agree with both @Kelly81 and jenniek comments about AccountRight installation having an option to uninstall old versions. This is for two reasons: 1. Accountants, Bookkeepers, and Developers need to have multiple versions of AccountRight to service their clients. 2. Client businesses do not want their computers clogged up with old versions of AccountRight. I suggest that the default for this option is off.8.1KViews0likes0Comments
