The purchases window is not launching, and the documents are disappearing from the in-tray. Fortunately we have other workflows that can help to identify the documents that have dropped out from the tray, but not sure why this is not working today, or if anyone else is having this issue? SolvedRe: MYOB Purchase Order Terms Default to COD How can referencing supplier terms NOT be a priority, for accounting software? Re: Inactivity Time Out I would like to see a bit more information around what qualifies as inactive. If MYOB is open but I am say, working in excel, so there is typing and mouse movement going on...am I active? Or do I literally have to be typing things in the MYOB software for it to count. It's really not clear from the little information that has been provided. Re: Email Remittances All Suppliers Still experiencing this issue. Is there an update or ETA on a fix? This is why I switched off during the MYOB dscover event. It's all very well having an outside presenter talking about engaging with your customers and being proactive about responding to their needs, but this is not behaviour that we see from MYOB. Invoice Emails Bouncing We are seeing an increased incidence of bounce back emails for invoices that are being sent from MYOB with the message: Diagnostic-Code: smtp;550 5.7.509 Access denied, sending domain apps.myob.com does not pass DMARC verification and has a DMARC policy of reject. Has something changed, because it's taking up a lot of admin time contacting customers, and we do not have a dedicated IT team. Re: Customer Not Found Import Error When we set up the import and we get to the format screen we are using the match on Card ID setting. When I get to the next screen and you have to match fields I am just clicking on match all. Are you saying that we should leave the Co/Last Name field unmatched at this point? Customer Not Found Import Error We are trying to import item sales into our MYOB file. Even though we have told the import to match on card number, past experience has shown that the customer name in the software that is creating the import file has to EXACTLY match what is entered in MYOB or the transaction will reject with a 190 error, customer not found. We have a new customer and last week when we tried to import item sales we got a customer not found error. Since it was a one line sale, we manually raised this entry and I copied and pasted the customer name from MYOB to the external source so that I could be sure they were the same for future imports (as this is a weekly process). We verified that the customer number is the same in both systems. We got the error again this morning trying to import, for the same customer. As an experiment I tried deleting spaces from the name in the import file and in the MYOB card file, and re-ran the import. This did not fix the issue. There is another customer that has a very similar name but I cannot see why this would be a problem as we have multiple customers that have very similar business names (all starting with the same word) and they import with no problem. I am lost as to what could be causing this issue or how to fix it. It has been fortunate so far that they have only been invoices with minimal transactions and it was viable to manually enter, but as the customer is new and their usage increases this will not always be the case. We had roughtly 100 invoices for other customers that all imported with no problems. Can't access Bank Entry Button... I have a user that I have assigned an administrator role excluding payroll. I had also restricted some functions that were not relevant to the role, but now the person needs to be able to reconcile merchant bank accounts. The bank entry box in the bank reconciliation screen remains greyed out, and they need this function to complete the task. I cannot find anywhere how to switch this on. I have literally ticked on every box in the banking function, every box in purchases except Report Taxable Payments, every box in sales except Reimburseable expenses. Logged out several times, tried logging back in. Revoked file access and issued a new invitation. Still can't access this function Re: MYOB Kiosk - Can't Log in Hi Doreen I'm not sure that you even read my post. We have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, this makes no difference. I am an approving manager. I have set up a new location. We don't have spare ipads just lying around to try installing on a different device, since all our other tablets are android devices and there is no android app. It is NOT straightforward at all MYOB Kiosk - Can't Log in We would like to start using the MYOB Kiosk app and have downloaded it on to an ipad. I have set up a new location in MYOB teams and selected kiosk as the method. But we can't log in to the app. Every time I try it says: We didn't recognise that email or password. Please try again. Note: for security reasons your account will be locked after too many unsuccessful logins. But I can still log in to MYOB Team, so it would seem that I am not locked out. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. It REALLY shouldn't be this hard.
