Had gone to view pending invites online (web view), not there the first time (that's about 8 hours after employee told me she'd completed). When I went in again (while waiting for a 'solution' ... ) it's there, so i added a few bits of info, save .... viola ... it appeared in MYOB. So, it still puzzles me why the first invite came through like a breeze, clockwork in MYOB. Second ... thumbs down. Here's what I don't understand, things are so 'unstable' these days. Once upon a time, I hardly head to support - when i did, i browsed at what issues were present. But now, i head into seek help. Anyway, thank you very much for your kind assistance. employee self-onboarding and create employee card . self onboarding was sent and completed (employee told me) but I have not received an email to notify. . manually created the same employee, but does not appear on the card list. thought i may have accidentally hit cancel instead of ok, re-created the card, it says, the id already exist .... which meant i did successfully created first time round, however, the card does not appear on the list. note: a previous self onboarding was successful but with the previous setup the employee also had an invite as user, not sure if that had any implication. thanking you in advance for your assistance, pay run this week. please please. SolvedRe: STP - Termination payment hi clover, thank you very much ... all sorted now. regards, Re: STP - Termination payment please ignore the 'employment status' bit ... found it .... :smileyvery-happy: Re: STP - Termination payment Hi Clover, Didn't try option one as employee didn't show up in list under 'employment terminations' tab. Tried option 2, but had the following ... "Your payroll report has not been sent to the ATO. This payroll report only contains employees that have their employement status set to Other. The payroll information of these employees is not reported to the ATO." Where do I find the setting of employment status? Thanks & regards, MinEr Re: STP - Termination payment CloverQ wrote: Hi MinEr916 Just to clarify, in the Payroll Reporting Centre are you looking for the termination pays in the YTD verification report? Are you able to locate both pays under the Employment Terminations tab? No. refer 1st line entry in the attachment ... "employees" showed only 1, when there should be 2 in the run. I had run a normal pay, STP reporting was ok. Then I ran a separate payrun for terminations on two employees. But only one employee had normal pay in the previous payrun, the other didn't. The one who had normal pay appeared on the "termination" run in STP. Any idea what might be the issue? Thanks & regards, Jillian STP - Termination payment Hi, I just processed two terminations and sent off STP reporting. Only one appears on the report .... I use MYOB AccountRight online. What shall I do now? Solved
