Base Salary amount not automatically showing on fortnightly pay
Why does the Base Salary amount not show up automatically in the Standard Pay screen or when trying to do a payrun. My new employee has completed the self-onboarding. I have then entered the pay details for the new employee in the Payroll Details/Wages tab & have ticked Base Salary, but nothing appears when I go to process the pay. I have to automatically enter the fortnightly pay. This has never happened before. I have just moved to PAY SUPER in my AccountRight. I have an employee that has 2 super funds. He wants to split the compulsory super guarantee amount equally between the 2 super funds. I am trying to follow the myob steps for "Employees with multiple super funds" but don't know if this will work in this case ..... We work offline and have the Server Edition. I have not been game enough to upgrade after reading the hundred or so posts of issues. I am still working on 2020.3.0 and just manually add the new tax rates each pay. I believe that since I am on the Server Edition I would need to first uninstall 2020.3.0 and then download 2020.3.1. Can anyone tell me if this is correct, and if so, do I then install the full 2020.3.1 or the Patch installer?6.8KViews0likes0Comments
