Then we sell these items to both Australian customers (GST code on the Customer card), New Zealand customers (NZD code on the Customer card) and other overseas customers where no GST applies (EXP code on the Customer card). However whenever we raise a sales order, the GST code defaults to the code set up on the item which is GST, and we need to remember to change it for New Zealand and other overseas customers. The GST code should in reality default to what is on the Customer Card - can this be changed please? The same applies on the purchasing side, sometimes we buy the product locally and sometimes we import it in. Therefore any purchase order we raise should default to the GST on the Supplier card, not what is on the Item card. SolvedReport: Aged Receivables [Summary] - Include Credit Limit The Credit Limit field is not available for selection on any Debtors report, yet this is a critical field enable good receivables management. Whilst I can export the data from the Card files and do a vlookup in Excel, it's not practical to do this each time. This field needs to be available for adding into any Sales report but especially the Receivables/Ageing reports. "Credit Limit field not available on any Debtors report" No inventory enquiry/reporting of item transactions by Location AR Premier espouses multi-location functionality. Yet there are only 3 or 4 reports that enable you to filter by Location and none of the register reports enable you to insert the Location field. Also there are NO enquiry options (eg, in the Item Register) that enable you to view or filter by Location. As a business that holds stock in all the major cities in Australia, every time we have a stocktake at one location we want to investigate the differences by looking at the transactions. But there is no enquiry or report to assist us with this and instead we are stuck with viewing ALL the transactions and having to drill-down to each one to see the location. Is there a plan to develop anything regarding this? I note there have been multiple posts about this issue over the last 2 years and given the Location field is already there it would make sense to round-off the claim of multi-location functionality by making this possible in reports and enquiries.
