MYOB had no idea for me anyway I wasted way to long dealing with them. constantly re-sizing. I removed my log, (check it is in the format recommended) and removed it ... no resizing... Hope that works for you So frustrating, we are paying for this service and they are tinkering with it way too much. None of the moderators suggestions worked and whatsmore... some were downright lazy computer generated responses. Resizing the logo doesnt seem to have worked for anyone so far yet Princess and Cecelia B continue to offer it up. I resized up and down and it only got worse i.e more and more red line invoices. I removed it and reapplied it to myob template and after that it all seemed to work. Having said that ... the invoices all worked for that day... Im not holding my beathe for next mondays lot but its been a fail since July. Myob have cause this issue as Its a new one and its their system but the onus is put back on the client to fix it because they cant. Reduced logo to less tahn 50% first email was a red line, 90% of invoices after that had red line only. I am now downloading to desk top and sending myself without any problem. My point is that I now dont have easy access to seeing when they were sent and how overdue they are. This is unacceptable. I think you neeed to look at that MYOB pop up offering to handle payments because its intermittent and Im wondering if its pay of the problem. I dont want to use your online payment system and its still popping up when I am sending an invoice. First email off the block was like the once attached and every other one after that. Its not the logo , we all know that.... I suggest you ask your collegues to see whether that pop up of MYOB offering to take over payments has anything to do with the issue as it doesnt come up on all of them ? I cant understand why MYOB cant fix this in four months. There are other people on this site with the same problem. Its been fine for 3 years now its not ? Andrea
