Re: AccountRight 2013.3 update now available Hi JM05126, If you had upgraded one computer and tried to access the same company file on another machine, you would receive a prompt advising you need to upgrade. To obtain the update on all computers select your Start menu > All programs > MYOB AccountRight. Next select to register for updates and then navigate back to the same area and choose check for updates. I recommend having a read over our support note updating multiple computers using AccountRight 2013.2 Lastly you can also obtain the updates by signing into http://my.myob.com.au and select My products > Downloads. Re: AccountRight 2013.3 update now available Hi Ferlacon, Thanks for the update. As your services aren't starting and changing the security setting hasn't helped, this points towards the library files in the server folder not being updated. To fix this you will need to remove the AccountRight services, delete the servers folder and then peform a repair installation of your AccountRight 2013. Error when starting AccountRight 2013 services If you are still having trouble after following this support note, please let us know and I will arrange a team member from the install team to contact you tomorrow. Re: AccountRight 2013.3 update now available Hi Ma, Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately you would need to be sign into Windows as an Administrator to install the update. When you upgrade it will simply overwrite your company file in your library location. By default your library will be C:\Users\Public\Documents\MYOB\My AccountRight Files\ In regards to not being able to see the download through http://my.myob.com.au, I have signed into your account and can see the download available. You can access the download when you are signed in throught My Products >> Downloads and select your Bookkeeper reference software. Re: AccountRight 2013.3 update now available Hi Ferlacon, It does sound like your having some library errors with your AccountRight 2013.3. I recommend having a read over our support note on library issues. As you have tried starting the services manually it may be worth skipping to step 2. Please let us know how you go.
