Hi, Thank you for your reply. Your answer would imply that I would have to get all my customers to do that to access their invoice?? These are long time customer's that have never had an issue opening an invoice and it appears that just about every second customer is emailing me to say they cannot view, open, download, this would suggest the issue is with MYOB essentials.786Views2likes1Comment
