Status still showing as "processing payment" on 22/4/25. Super Administrator confirms status as same with her login. This is a new client and her faith in the software is wavering as she does not have confidence that the super payments are being received by the super funds before the 28th Quarter. She has made 2 pay super transactions and this has happened both times. MYOB Teams Have a client on Payroll Only, have setup MYOB Teams for them but timesheets menu not displayed on the app or the admin portal. I believe another user had this problem and was told timesheets were not included in the payroll only app. This screenshot has been taken from MYOB sales page and leads me to believe me it is included, a feature my client requested. "MYOB Teams" is also listed in the payroll menu of the payroll software - what is the point of it being there to setup if it is unusable. Please advise SolvedNew file - owner password link expired I have just set up a payroll only file for a client. Their email invitation link to set up their password and I assume their my.myob account has expired and I cannot find the appropriate way to resend the invite. Please advise. Superannuation - Status payment Failed Hi My clients November superannuation payment status was flagged "Payment Failed". According to the client notification of the failure hasn't been received. I have reversed the transaction ready to resubmit and authorise once again but would like to know why the payment failed despite the payment limit being adequate and sufficient funds in the account. Please advise. Recurring transactions This still appears to be broken.... In the schedule recurring transactions, in the alerts section, I change the remind from myself to another user. When I go back in to check, it has reverted to myself and the other user doesnt receive the alerts. Please fix as asap Unable to connect after accepting Super clearing house changes When trying to access "Pay Superannuation" function, the "unable to connect" error message appears. The Super Clearing house changes have been accepted by the file adminsitrator. All other functions appear to be ok. This error occurs on different networks by different users of the same company data file. Please assist. PDF report I have created a management report but get the following error when I try to open it in Adobe. "There was an error opeinging this documnet - the file is damaged and could not be repaired." I have tried 2 different browsers and a myriad of ways to open - save first tand then open, open from the saved file and open from the save and export button - nothing will allow me to open the report. My Adobe program is up to date. Please advise
