They are understandably tentative to post this invoice to the General Ledger, and have thus not posted anything for the last few days to remove the risk of accidentally posting it through. What would you recommend is the best way to reverse an invoice like this to ensure the balances are moved back to where they should be, and so they are able to resume posting transactions to the General Ledger? Kind regards, Andrew Re: Single Touch Payroll 403 Forbidden error when sending to ATO Hi Bridie, Thanks for your help on this! The issue has now been resolved. Kind regards, Andrew Printing preferences for invoice templates Hi, A client is having an issue where they go to edit an invoice template, and then when they save the change the invoice is being sent to a printer, which means they are wasting paper on an invoice that they weren't intending to print yet. Is there a screen that provides preferences for when invoices or other printable documents are sent to a printer? Kind regards, Andrew Connecting MYOB AccountRight to MYOB Exo Business Hi, A client is currently using MYOB Exo for most of their needs and is using AccountRight for their payroll. They were wondering if there was a possibility of connecting AccountRight to MYOB Exo. Is this at all possible? I will let you know when this is fixed once I have been able to run the update. Kind regards, Andrew Single Touch Payroll 403 Forbidden error when sending to ATO Hi, A client has run into an issue where they are unable to send an STP record to the ATO as they receive the error shown below. I saw some other issues related to AccountEdge where the STP certificate has expired and needed to be updated, so I am not sure if this is the same case for Exo? What would you recommend to solve this issue? If you need more information, where would you suggest I look? Kind regards, Andrew SolvedRe: Emailing Payslips: Secure SMTP connection required Hi Earl, Thanks for sending through that information. I will pass this onto the client to see if it helps. I should have mentioned in my previous comment that all other email features are working correctly, it is just payslips that aren't sending for them. Do you know of any specific troubleshooting that can be done to test the sending of emails from the payslips module? Kind regards, Andrew Emailing Payslips: Secure SMTP connection required Hi, A client is having an issue where their payslips are not able to be emailed out because of the error shown in the image attached. Is there a way to ensure a secure connection is established via MYOB Exo when these payslips are sent? Or is this something can only be achieved from the SMTP server itself? Kind regards, Andrew
