Hi Shella, Thank you for your response. We have been using the timesheet function without an issue for at least a year, so there should not be any issues with employees, managers, or locations. The issue is before accessing any part of the timesheet system. Could there be anothe r solution? I am the admin. The manager cannot approve. Thanks Sam
