Thank you for your reply. Another staff member tried to enter the invoice today and received the same error message. We have MYOB software downloaded on each computer and do not use a server version. This appears to be a MYOB issue for which we require MYOB support. Hi I am unable to save a bill. The following error message comes up: "Something's gone wrong and AccountRight needs to Close". Error details are listed below. I have tried to save the purchase several times, with and without attachment. This is a common purchase that is made each month. I even tried to make last month's purchase a recurring transaction and save it that way but the same error message keeps appearing. I have tried to find a solution on MYOB Community but cannot find anything regarding this error. Thank you for your assistance. Hi Jem Thank you for the reply and link. When I try and turn it off in the desktop version, under settings>preferences>emailing>invoice reminders it is greyed out. I was the one setting the reminders up so I guess I should then have permission to turn them off? I am an administrator on the account and have access to all modules. I have been receiving dozens upon dozens of e-mail notifications about invoice and statement reminders that will be sent out in a few days time for one of our entities. I have followed instructions and unticked e-mail reminders in web browser function but the e-mails still keep coming. We only had this set up up for a few clients and went into their cards to remove the reminder invoices in the desktop version but got only a gray screen, it is not working. Same when you try to remove the reminder invoices under Settings, e-mails and you click into invoice reminders, you get a gray screen. Since I updated to the latest version of MYOB AccountRight last week, I keep having problems when I access Payroll. I receive "cannot connect" error message and have to restart MYOB. All other modules seem to work okay. Does anyone else encounter this problem? I wonder if anyone else has this problem. Our payroll administrator enters the timesheets of our employees in MYOB Accountright each payday and I review the timesheets in MYOB and make corrections as required. When I pdf the timesheets the corrections show as made on my side but when our payroll administrator starts the payroll none of the timesheet corrections have flowed through to the payroll, it is still showing her original timesheets? Does MYOB not sync timesheets changes from multiple users of the same account?Solved317Views0likes1Comment
