You lot have ignored a basic business request for OVER A DECADE!!! We understand the importance of your request to your business, and we appreciate your patience during this time. Please be assured that your suggestions and feedback will be communicated to the team. Plain & simple my reaction to this statement is: Rubbish and cowpuckies!!! Re: DEFAULT DATE FOR INVOICES AND PAYMENTS I miss Reckon so much. Such a small thing, but oh so important. But, as I'm learning, FMYOB don't care about the wants and needs of most of their users. They take the money and run. Imagine if we treated customers/clients as FMYOB treats their subscribers? Re: Banking: Emailing Receipt option Leneth_Ayou have to be AI or a Bot there is no way a human could have looked at THIRTY FOUR PAGES of comments and likes requesting this function going back many, many years. If it were up to me the business would go back to Reckon in a heartbeat. and I NEVER thought those were words I would ever think let alone type or say out loud. The lack of care and concern and high level of disdain that FMYOB shows for its users is truly disheartening. I would go as far as to say you may the Evil Queen from Snow White look entirely maternal and caring. Re: Banking: Emailing Receipt option It's been nearly a year since I was forced to use this program, and apart from a couple of features, I HATE MYOB. The main thing at the moment is the hassle it takes to send a payment receipt. May not seem like much to the Powers That Be, however, with several payments being received by transfer it takes time to do so. If you can email a remittance with ease, why not a receipt to the customer? Without customers we don't need this awful program. Reckon is far superior in so many ways; especially in ease of customisation of all the forms as well. Congrats MYOB PTB, you have made Reckon, Quickbooks, Xero much better options. Re: Banking: Emailing Receipt option Pardon me for being ever so simplistic, however, when you receive money from a customer they appreciate a receipt. The fact that we can't issue a receipt from our program is backward and makes me miss Reckon EVERY.SINGLE.DAY! While we, the stupid user, are your paying customers, this lack of facility makes us look extremely stupid to our customers. Perhaps I refer back to Reckon too often, and MYOB does have some pluses over them, however, their functionality and customisability is far superior to what MYOB offers and allows. Re: Inventory: Item List - Include Committed and On order columns I have a feeling that they don't actually care, as most of those that pay for the use of the program are not the ones who feel the most frustration at the most simple of functions not being available! Re: Inventory: Item List - Include Committed and On order columns As with previous posters, for businesses who run a lot of stock a Committed column in the Items List is not a want, it is a NEED. Far too many steps are involved in trying to ascertain stock for order placement. Never thought I would say this, I miss "Wreckit"; their stock control is far superior to this program
