So this feature may as well not even be offered. How ridiculous, that you cannot combine an account because it has a job associated. Combining accounts would not affect the job as still being allocated to an expense or cost account. I'm trying to work out how MYOB calculates The Historical Balancing? It is showing that is linked to my chq account and undepsoted funds account. There is an Opening Balance which I haven't entered, so it's a MYOB generated balance and it won't let you alter it. I have been asking this from you MYOB and the community for years and I just asked my new accountant and presto she has pointed towards how I can print up the correct report. Why couldn't someone have told me this years ago I didn't even know this section for the Accounts reports were there! Can anyone tell me is there anyway I can pull a General Ledger - Cash Detail (that is reported on a cash basis not accrual) report as I can only find the General Ledger [Detail] Report and this is an accrual report, which is why for years now my figures for the Fuel Tax Rebate have not agreed with MYOB's. I am thinking now that I should create a Tax Code for the FTC rebate so that I can pull a Cash Detail Report through the GST / Sales Tax Reports window as this is the only way I think I can get the accurate report that I need?610Views0likes1Comment
