This has been an issue for many of us. Below is a response from another post regarding the same script errors. I hope it helps. Update: MYOB were not Helpful - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME However, our amazing IT team @ TRIBE (www.tribe.co.nz) have found the problem. It turns out MYOB uses old IE11 and Active X components which our Essential 8 require to be disabled. So our IT team has had to enable the components. Let your IT team know and they should know how to fix the issue. I have given up trying to find a solution. MYOB have been no help, our Tech team have no idea. So from now on the only thing I can do is just use the MYOB web browser version. No change at my end. I agree with lit-tome. I've had this issue since Friday last week, currently on the phone to support, up to 1hr and 20 minutes and still counting. Our IT team are also working in the background to try and solve the issue, nothing so far. The other option is to log into the web version of MYOB and work through that OR You could download the app onto another device that isn't related to your organisation. I have access to the AccountingRight App if I download the app onto my personal computer and log in with my company details. This is very frustrating! None of the advice any of the MYOB Moderators are giving is working, not to mention you are alll giving the same useless advice and everyone with the issue is telling you it isn't working, but yet you continue to give the same advice. We have tried asking our IT team, they can't resolve. We have asked our MYOB go to person for advice and they couldn't help. Sort it out!1.1KViews3likes24Comments
