As we know with MYOB, customers can have only one email for both invoices and statements. I have one customer who receives every invoice sent but the statement is never received. MYOB programmers please work on getting all the great features in MYOB Desk Top working in the On-Line version!! Major one being the bank feed rules in Desk Top set to automatically look for a the customer name & invoice when payment is recvd. On-line you have to scroll through all your customers. There are suggestions made by user's 10 years ago, still not actioned. Just because it doesn't have 1k votes doesn't mean it not important. Every user/business has different needs. I don't think the MYOB Community are responsible for investigating these matters in more detail, when they are known faults. Xero has an area where you can lodge your enhancement requests - does MYOB? I can't access invoice reminders from the desktop, I still get a blank screen. As per the attached doc, my on-line MYOB shows that "Enable Invoice Reminders" is NOT ticked, and yet MYOB automatically sent invoice reminders to all my customers this month. I am using the browser interface and trying to select Invoice Reminders for an Individual customer. Please find attached a screenshot of this field. I cannot access the area I need. Any suggestions?
