I can't get in with the old email or new & passwords don't work either. Cannot get anyone on the phone Charged double for 1 account/subscription We have 1 account with Account Right Plus. This account has been subdivided into 2, meaning 2 ppl can work in the office on the same account, one person takes care of sales, the other takes care of parts & all other aspects. It uses the same ABN#, it is one account & being charged for 2. On the website it also states $68.00 p/m, we are being charged double the amount & for 2 accounts. Very frustrating, cannot talk to anyone on the phone, which takes forever to get a 'human' to answer & don't have time to peruse community pages
