Re: listen to your customers I'm in the process of looking at three providers and have put forward them to the directors for their finial approval of who will will move to hope to have it in place for 1st April start of new tax year. Re: Payroll Upgrade - takes longer and is not user friendly Our accountants are in the middle or doing year end accounts and have asked me for an annual leave report for all our staff. This stupid upgrade doesn't do a leave report. Only one I have found gives day's taken. I need to know how many days they had at our year end 2022 which would be accured leave for start of the new year. As staff pay history was not carried forward I can't give our accountants the information they have asked for. I have now got to trail through reports I sent them last year to find what accured leave they had left at the end of 2022 then go through each staff member but only trouble is the stupid upgrade started after our year end and as payroll history was carried down I am **bleep**ed I don't know what the accuered leave was at the end of our year. Thanks MYOB for nothing. Re: Payroll Upgrade - takes longer and is not user friendly I am in the middle of doing the weekly wages and one of our staff members on one of our companies has taken a weeks parental leave but the upgrade does not have maternity or parental leave option another one of MYOB's upgrade **bleep** ups. Something else to add to the growing list upgrade errors. At the moment I am going to have take it as annual and sort out once we have changed to a new payroll provider. Re: Payroll Upgrade - takes longer and is not user friendly If you have to contact you accountant to correct errors that are MYOB fault you should sent MYOB a bill for your accountants fee. Re: Payroll Upgrade - takes longer and is not user friendly Why should anyone call an overseas number to get assistant MYOB here should be doing the job not someone in the Philippines totally unacceptable Re: Payroll Upgrade - takes longer and is not user friendly Not acceptable should be there from the start. Next upgrade to late. All this extra work I will be sending them a bill to cover my overtime correcting their mistakes (due to this **bleep** upgrade) that I have to correct each week when doing the payroll for the three companies I look after. Re: New Payroll upgrade in NZ Yep I am about to do a free trial run wuth Payhero. It is very time consuming making the payments because of not being able to do the spilt pays, I have had to do bank templates for paying staff so I can do spilt pays then manually enter the staff pays. It not easy as I have three different company payrolls on weekly basis.
