Re: in tray not functioning
Hi My in tray still not working on office computer however still works on laptop. It stopped working Monday. I usually drag attachments straight from an email in oUtlook (- see attachment showing my outlook version.) I checked for updates and none have been installed recently. When I drag and drop the attachment I notice the message ''in tray not responding'' in the message bar. I am still able to drag the whole email in however, which drops the pdf into intray, so I am using that as a work around I am using Windows 10 Pro version1709 build 16299.1087 Dragging a pdf from the desktop seems to work

I dragged the file from an attachment within an email. I am currently working on my file from a laptop and the intray is now working, so the previous problem may have been my office computer. I will know tomorrow

Hello I cleared the cache but the intray still not functioning. When I drag and drop into the intray there is no adding symbol as there normally is,I basically just get the windows spinning cursor then nothing. There is no error message.
